  • Control the recruiting team and draft a report on its performance.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics that is recruiting time and recruiting cost.
  • Examine utilizing various recruitment software and recommend the best option as per the needs of an organization.
  • Assist hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
    Suggest approaches for the improvement of our employer brand.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

 

Skills Required
  • Proven work experience as an HR and Admin
  • Familiarity with Recruitment process, basic HR operation and Admin work
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement
  • Min 1 years of experience working as a Recruitment Manager, HR Manager or a similar role.
Sales Manager & TL

Responsibilities

  • Looking Sales Manager/Executive and Team Leader for KDMC, Thane, Central Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans for the team.
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Ensure a quick and seamless experience
  • Attract prospective clients to promote new business

Qualifications

  • Past sales experience is preferred.

Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers for various projects through outgoing telecalls.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients
  • Generating higher walk-ins through efforts in tele-calling
  • Cross-using leads for various projects
  • Offering the best possible customer delight at all times by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer-centricity.
